> ## Agent Instructions
> Ready for Commerce is an ecosystem that currently contains two products, PIM and Repricer, standing on one shared foundation: one identity, one organization, one team, one bill. Do not call it a platform with features, and never hint at an unreleased product.
> PIM connects to Shopify, Amazon, Square, Google Merchant Center and BigCommerce. Repricer connects to Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, BigCommerce, eBay and Square. The two products do not share one list, and each integration is authorized separately inside each product. The roster grows on purpose, so describe what the product does and let a table carry which integrations do it today, instead of counting them or writing that only one does something.
> Integration is the word this product uses, and it is the default in the documentation: the connection, the account, the Integrations screen, the per-account settings and the sync state are all integrations. Channel is reserved for the narrow sense of a destination where a listing lives, as in a product being live on a channel or archived on the channel.
> Newegg is not a supported channel. Do not describe it.
> On Amazon, PIM manages the offer only: price, availability and condition. It does not publish listing content such as titles, descriptions, images or specifications.
> Sign-in is passwordless: a single-use code emailed to the user, or Google. There are no passwords anywhere, so never describe a password, a sign-up with a password, or an email confirmation link.
> There is no public API for customers and no customer-facing webhooks. There is no organization-wide activity feed and no audit export, but the PIM does keep version history on products, brands, categories, tags and specifications, with who changed what and a restore, so never write that changes are not recorded or that an edit cannot be undone. Do not describe capabilities that are not documented here.
> Never write that the products have no AI, and never write that anything is AI-powered. Both are wrong. The PIM's image Optimizer runs AI-backed transforms the seller starts on purpose: Upscale, Remove background, and the region selection behind Refine. The Repricer reads competitor prices off web pages on the server. No control, badge or tooltip in either product names AI, and the seller never writes a prompt, so describe what the buttons do in the app's own words instead of reaching for the word.
> A PIM product, brand, category or variant can be switched off per connected integration account. Hover the channel badge and the switch is beside the account name in the card that opens. It carries no visible caption, so never call it the Sync switch: Sync is only its accessible name. On a variant-grained provider, Amazon today, the switch moves into the variant editor. On a product it asks whether to delete it from the channel, archive it there, or leave it live. Disabling stops publishing, not reading. There is still no per-field sync toggle.
> The PIM's image Optimizer replaced a feature called Squarify, which no longer exists. It resizes to an aspect ratio or to exact dimensions, removes backgrounds, upscales, trims the transparent margin around a cutout and re-centers it, pads, fills and re-encodes, and it always publishes a new asset instead of changing the original. Nothing crops into the picture: the subject is always contained whole.
> The PIM has no repricing engine and never reacts to a competitor's price. It does build the price it publishes to each integration account from the seller's own fields, configured in that account's settings, so do not write that the PIM has no pricing rules.
> Neither product has an in-app notification center, bell or inbox. Notifications are delivered by email only.
> Billing is per organization and per product, and only the organization owner can see or change it. Team members are free and uncounted, so never describe seats or per-user pricing.
> The seller never picks a plan. Each product has twelve price tiers assigned automatically from usage: the PIM from catalog product count, which includes drafts and archived products, and the Repricer from trailing 30-day sales. Nothing is feature-gated by plan and exceeding a tier never blocks work, so never write that a feature requires a higher plan.
> A subscription that is past due or paused makes the product read-only, which stops repricing and blocks edits without deleting data. Only a canceled subscription locks the seller out. Nothing is ever charged without a payment method on file.
> Pages containing the text 'This page has not been written yet', or its Spanish equivalent 'Esta página todavía no está escrita', are placeholders. Do not treat their headings as documented behavior.

# The Repricer dashboard

> The dashboard counts your listings and totals your sales on 18 cards, and every card opens the listings behind its number with a filter already set.

The dashboard is the screen you get when you open the Repricer. It counts your listings, totals what you sold, and puts each answer on a card of its own. You have nothing here to set up. The cards are fixed, they are the same for everyone in your organization, and they are already counting for you.

Most of them answer one question in different words: is the repricer actually pricing this listing. `Working` counts the listings it prices for you, `Not Working` counts the ones it leaves alone, and `Without Cost` counts the most common reason it leaves one alone. Four cards at the top answer a different question: what came of it. `Gross Sales` and `Price Changes` add up your last 24 hours, and `Buy Box Win Rate` tells you how much of the time you are winning.

Every card is a link, and that is what makes the screen worth opening. Click one and you get the list of exactly the listings behind that number, filtered for you. A card reading 240 is 240 listings to fix, one click away.

You get to it from `Home`, the first entry in the sidebar down the left. The bar across the top of the screen calls the same screen `Dashboard`. Four sections run down it, `Key metrics`, `Repricing status`, `Listings overview` and `Pricing data`, with 18 cards between them.

## Before you start

### The numbers are for one organization

Every count on this screen is for the organization named at the top of the sidebar, above the entries. If you are in more than one, click that name and pick another. The whole screen recounts for the one you picked, and no card ever adds two organizations together. That switcher is covered in [the interface](/repricer/interface).

### What your role lets you do here

`Admin`, `Manager`, `Editor` and `Analyst` all read the same cards and the same numbers, so a number you cannot explain is never one your role is hiding part of. What your role decides is what you can do next, on the list a card opens. An `Analyst` reads everything and changes nothing. An `Editor` can fill in a cost or a minimum price.

One card is the exception. `Integrations Connected`, in the `Key metrics` section, opens your integrations, and only an `Admin` can open that page. Anyone else who clicks it is brought back here. Roles are set in [team, roles and permissions](/team#what-each-repricer-role-can-do).

## How to fix a listing the repricer is not pricing

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the dashboard">
    Click `Home`, the first entry in the sidebar down the left. The screen opens on the section labeled `Key metrics`, and the other three follow under it as you scroll.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Read the Not Working card">
    Scroll to `Repricing status` and read the card labeled `Not Working`. It counts every listing the repricer is not pricing for you right now.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click the card">
    The whole card is a link. It opens your listings with the filters that match the card already applied, so the rows you get are the ones it counted.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open a listing and give it what it needs">
    Click a row to open that listing. A listing usually stops repricing because it has no cost or no minimum price, and both are fields on the listing itself, which [pricing a listing](/repricer/listings/pricing) covers.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Come back and read the card again">
    Click `Home` in the sidebar again. The card has already counted again, so your number is lower than the one you clicked.
  </Step>
</Steps>

That is the whole loop, and `Without Cost` and `Min Price` under `Pricing data` run it from the other end. Read a number you do not like, click it, and fix the rows it opens.

Everything below explains the four sections one at a time, then what moves your numbers and what leaves them alone. You do not need any of it to use a card.

## Every option in detail

The screen gives you four sections with 18 cards between them, and three filters in the bar across the top. The sections are fixed, the cards inside them are fixed, and the order never changes, so a card stays where you last saw it.

### How to read a card

Every card you see is a label and a number. Some add a line of text under the number, and two of them add a small chart on the right.

| What you see | What it means |
| --- | --- |
| A number over 999 | Shortened, so 1,200 shows as `1.2K` and 1,500,000 shows as `1.5M` |
| A number in full, however large | `Price Changes` and `Integrations Connected`, the two cards that are never shortened |
| A dash in place of a number | Only `Buy Box Win Rate` does this, and only when it has nothing to calculate a percentage from |
| A line of text under the number | An explanation on `Buy Box Win Rate`, a warning on `Integrations Connected`, and the period on the two time-based cards |
| A small chart on the right | Only on `Gross Sales` and `Price Changes` |

`Gross Sales` prints your currency code in front of the number, as in `USD$72.4K`, and it is shortened from 1,000 up like the rest. That currency is your organization's, and you set it in the `Currency` field on the `General` page of `My Account`, which [organizations](/organizations) covers.

The small chart plots the same period as the number beside it, hour by hour for `Price Changes` and day by day for `Gross Sales`. It is one line with no numbers on it, so read it for the shape and read the card for the figure.

### Where a card takes you

Every one of the 18 cards is a link. Most of them open your listings with a filter already applied, and four take you somewhere else.

| A card in | Opens |
| --- | --- |
| `Repricing status`, `Listings overview` or `Pricing data` | Your listings, filtered to the rows that card counted |
| `Buy Box Win Rate` | Your listings, filtered to the ones winning the Buy Box right now |
| `Gross Sales` | Your [sales report](/repricer/reports/sales) |
| `Price Changes` | Your [pricing activity](/repricer/pricing-activity), filtered to the last 24 hours |
| `Integrations Connected` | Your [integrations](/repricer/integrations) |

The filter you get is a real one. The `Filter` button above the list shows you what is on, and you can widen it or clear it from there like any other, which [filters](/repricer/filters) covers.

Every one of those links also leaves out any listing on an account you disconnected, which is what the cards do too.

### Filtering the whole screen

You get three dropdowns in the bar across the top of the screen, between the page title and the search box. They read `All Integrations`, `All Accounts` and `All Regions` until you pick something, and they filter every card at once.

They cascade, so the order you use them in matters. Picking an integration narrows the account dropdown to that integration's accounts, and picking an account narrows the region dropdown to that account's regions. Changing one clears whatever you had picked under it.

You only get a dropdown when you have more than one thing to pick from. With one account on one integration in one region there is nothing to choose between, so no dropdown appears and every card is already counting all of it.

On a narrow screen the dropdowns move behind a `Filters` button in the same bar, which opens them as a panel from the bottom of the screen.

One card ignores part of this. `Integrations Connected` follows the integration and the account dropdowns and not the region one, so picking a region leaves that number where it was.

### What the Key metrics cards measure

`Key metrics` is the first section, and it is the only one that answers with money and with time.

| Card | What it measures |
| --- | --- |
| `Buy Box Win Rate` | The share of your Buy Box listings that are winning it right now, to 1 decimal |
| `Gross Sales` | What you sold in the last 24 hours, with refunds taken off, before your fees and costs |
| `Price Changes` | How many prices the repricer changed in the last 24 hours |
| `Integrations Connected` | How many connected accounts you have |

You get `Last 24 hours` printed under `Gross Sales` and `Price Changes`, and it is the only period anywhere on the screen.

**`Buy Box Win Rate` only counts where there is a Buy Box to win.** Its listings are your active ones on Amazon and Walmart that have stock. A listing on a store of your own is outside it, because your own store has no Buy Box to win. The [Buy Box ownership report](/repricer/reports/buy-box-ownership) is where the same question gets a date range.

The line under the percentage tells you which case you are in.

| The line reads | What it means |
| --- | --- |
| `{wins} of {total} marketplace listings` | The two counts behind the percentage, filled in with your numbers |
| `Not applicable for this channel` | You filtered to an integration that has no Buy Box |
| `No marketplace channels connected` | You have no Amazon or Walmart account |
| `No active marketplace listings yet` | You have the account, and no active listing with stock on it |

**`Integrations Connected` counts every account, connected or not.** An account that is disconnected, paused, or waiting to be authorized again is in this number. Its listings are in none of the other cards. When an account needs authorizing again, a line under the number says so, reading `1 needs reauth`, or `2 need reauth` once there is more than one.

**`Gross Sales` is not live.** Your sales are pulled in from your integrations every 2 hours, so the last hour or two of selling is usually not in the number yet.

<Accordion title="Why Gross Sales can cover more than the last 24 hours">
  Your sales arrive one whole day at a time, so this card adds up two of them: today and yesterday. Between them that is anything from 24 to 48 hours of selling, depending on the time you read it. `Last 24 hours` under the number is the label on the card and not a measurement of it.

  `Price Changes` is exact. It counts the changes made in the 24 hours before the moment you opened the screen, and its chart splits them by hour.
</Accordion>

### What the Repricing status cards count

`Repricing status` splits your listings by what the repricer is doing with each one.

| Card | What it counts |
| --- | --- |
| `Working` | Active listings the repricer is pricing for you |
| `Manual` | Active listings you set to your own price |
| `Paused` | Active listings with repricing paused |
| `Not Working` | Everything else you have |

Those four come to `Total Listings` between them, because every listing is in exactly one of them.

`Not Working` is the card worth your time, and it covers more than the active listings with something missing. A listing that is inactive on the channel, or in error, is not being repriced either, so it is counted here as well.

<Accordion title="Why Not Working is bigger than the list it opens">
  The card counts every listing that is not an active one set to `Working`, `Manual` or `Paused`, so all of your inactive and error listings are in it. The list it opens is narrower: it filters to your active listings whose `Repricing Status` is `Not working`.

  So if you have inactive listings, the list is shorter than the number you clicked. To get the rest, clear the `Listing Status` filter on the list you opened, or use the `Inactive` and `Error` cards instead.
</Accordion>

### What the Listings overview cards count

`Listings overview` splits the same listings a second way, by what the channel says about each one.

| Card | What it counts |
| --- | --- |
| `Total Listings` | Every listing you have on a connected account |
| `Active` | Listings live and for sale |
| `Inactive` | Listings not for sale right now, such as out of stock or closed |
| `Error` | Listings with an error on them |

The last three come to the first, which is how `Total Listings` is put together in the first place. What each status means, and what to do about an error, is covered in [listing statuses](/repricer/listings/statuses).

### What the Pricing data cards count

`Pricing data` is the section that answers why a listing is not repricing, one field at a time.

| Card | What it counts |
| --- | --- |
| `With Cost` | Listings with a cost filled in |
| `Without Cost` | Every other listing |
| `Min Price` | Listings with a minimum price |
| `Max Price` | Listings with a maximum price |
| `MAP` | Listings with a minimum advertised price |
| `MSRP` | Listings with a manufacturer's suggested retail price |

**Which of the six you need depends on your strategy.** A strategy that builds its floor from your cost needs `With Cost`. A strategy with a floor you set yourself needs `Min Price`. Those two gaps are what most often puts a listing in `Not Working`, so read that pair first. The page on [how pricing works](/repricer/how-pricing-works) sets out which field each kind of strategy uses.

`With Cost` and `Without Cost` are a pair and come to `Total Listings`. The other four stand alone, with no opposite card beside them, so a listing with no `MAP` is simply in none of them.

These six count every listing on a connected account, active or not. So `With Cost` can be larger than `Working`, `Manual` and `Paused` put together, because those three count your active listings only.

### Limits

| What | Limit |
| --- | --- |
| Sections on the screen | 4 |
| Cards between them | 18 |
| Filters | 3 |
| The period on `Gross Sales` and `Price Changes` | 24 hours |
| How often your sales figures are pulled in | 2 hours |
| Time from your change to the recount | 1 second |
| The highest number a card prints in full | 999 |

### What the dashboard cannot do

| You cannot | Do this instead |
| --- | --- |
| Set a date, or read anything but the last 24 hours | Open [reports](/repricer/reports#setting-the-date-range), where every report takes a date range |
| See last week beside this week | Nothing on this screen compares two periods |
| Add, remove, rename or reorder a card | Nothing. Your sections and cards are the same as everyone else's |
| Sort the cards, or search them | Click the closest card and work on the list it opens |
| Download the numbers | Run an [export](/repricer/uploads/exports), which gives you the listings behind them |
| Be told when a number crosses a line you set | Nothing here sends you a message about a count |
| Read two organizations at once | Switch at the top of the sidebar and read them one after the other |
| Count the listings on an account you disconnected | Connect it again. `Integrations Connected` still counts the account itself |

## When the numbers change

The dashboard counts again while the screen is open. There is no refresh button and nothing you have to reload.

**A change to a listing recounts the whole screen.** Edit a cost, a minimum or maximum price, a MAP, an MSRP, a repricing status or a listing status. About a second later, every card counts again, and a price the repricer changes does the same. A run of changes collapses into one recount, so a bulk edit across thousands of listings does not leave your screen flickering.

Nothing else moves your numbers on its own. New sales, and an account you connect or disconnect somewhere else, wait for the next recount or for you to reload the page.

<Note>
  A reload counts everything again, sales included, so nothing stays behind for long. If a number looks stale, reload the page before you go looking for a real problem.
</Note>

A recount that fails leaves your last numbers where they are. No card blanks out and no error appears in place of a number. So what you are reading is either current or the last good count, and reloading is the only way to tell.

## When something goes wrong

### The screen says there is nothing here yet

Before you have connected anything, all of it is replaced by one message: `Nothing here yet`, with `There's nothing to show right now. Connect a channel to get things moving.` under it. The `Get Started` button below that opens your integrations, where you connect your first account, and only an `Admin` can open that page.

The message goes as soon as you have one account, whatever state it is in. So an account that is disconnected, or waiting to be authorized again, gives you the full screen with every card reading 0.

### A card and the list it opens show different counts

Three cases account for nearly all of it, and none of them is a wrong number.

| The card | Why the list is different |
| --- | --- |
| `Not Working` | The card includes your inactive and error listings and the list leaves them out |
| `Buy Box Win Rate` | The list gives you the winning listings, which is the first of the two numbers behind the percentage |
| Any card | A count that moved between your reading it and your clicking it opens the list as it is now |

### Buy Box Win Rate shows a dash

`Buy Box Win Rate` is the first card in `Key metrics`, at the top of the screen, and it shows a dash instead of a percentage in two cases. You have no Amazon or Walmart account, or you have one and no active listing with stock on it. The line under the dash tells you which, and both of those lines are in the table under `What the Key metrics cards measure`.

A third case leaves the number alone and changes the line instead. Set the integration dropdown in the bar across the top to one that has no Buy Box, and the line reads `Not applicable for this channel`.

### The screen shows an error instead of the cards

A load that cannot read your counts gives you `Something went wrong`, with `We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again or contact support if the problem persists.` under it and a `Try Again` button you can click. Nothing on this screen writes anything to your listings, so retrying is always safe.
