Overview
The Repricer dashboard
The dashboard counts your listings and totals your sales on 18 cards, and every card opens the listings behind its number with a filter already set.
The dashboard is the screen you get when you open the Repricer. It counts your listings, totals what you sold, and puts each answer on a card of its own. You have nothing here to set up. The cards are fixed, they are the same for everyone in your organization, and they are already counting for you.
Most of them answer one question in different words: is the repricer actually pricing this listing. Working counts the listings it prices for you, Not Working counts the ones it leaves alone, and Without Cost counts the most common reason it leaves one alone. Four cards at the top answer a different question: what came of it. Gross Sales and Price Changes add up your last 24 hours, and Buy Box Win Rate tells you how much of the time you are winning.
Every card is a link, and that is what makes the screen worth opening. Click one and you get the list of exactly the listings behind that number, filtered for you. A card reading 240 is 240 listings to fix, one click away.
You get to it from Home, the first entry in the sidebar down the left. The bar across the top of the screen calls the same screen Dashboard. Four sections run down it, Key metrics, Repricing status, Listings overview and Pricing data, with 18 cards between them.
Before you start
The numbers are for one organization
Every count on this screen is for the organization named at the top of the sidebar, above the entries. If you are in more than one, click that name and pick another. The whole screen recounts for the one you picked, and no card ever adds two organizations together. That switcher is covered in the interface.
What your role lets you do here
Admin, Manager, Editor and Analyst all read the same cards and the same numbers, so a number you cannot explain is never one your role is hiding part of. What your role decides is what you can do next, on the list a card opens. An Analyst reads everything and changes nothing. An Editor can fill in a cost or a minimum price.
One card is the exception. Integrations Connected, in the Key metrics section, opens your integrations, and only an Admin can open that page. Anyone else who clicks it is brought back here. Roles are set in team, roles and permissions.
How to fix a listing the repricer is not pricing
Open the dashboard
Click
Home, the first entry in the sidebar down the left. The screen opens on the section labeledKey metrics, and the other three follow under it as you scroll.Read the Not Working card
Scroll to
Repricing statusand read the card labeledNot Working. It counts every listing the repricer is not pricing for you right now.Click the card
The whole card is a link. It opens your listings with the filters that match the card already applied, so the rows you get are the ones it counted.
Open a listing and give it what it needs
Click a row to open that listing. A listing usually stops repricing because it has no cost or no minimum price, and both are fields on the listing itself, which pricing a listing covers.
Come back and read the card again
Click
Homein the sidebar again. The card has already counted again, so your number is lower than the one you clicked.
That is the whole loop, and Without Cost and Min Price under Pricing data run it from the other end. Read a number you do not like, click it, and fix the rows it opens.
Everything below explains the four sections one at a time, then what moves your numbers and what leaves them alone. You do not need any of it to use a card.
Every option in detail
The screen gives you four sections with 18 cards between them, and three filters in the bar across the top. The sections are fixed, the cards inside them are fixed, and the order never changes, so a card stays where you last saw it.
How to read a card
Every card you see is a label and a number. Some add a line of text under the number, and two of them add a small chart on the right.
Gross Sales prints your currency code in front of the number, as in USD$72.4K, and it is shortened from 1,000 up like the rest. That currency is your organization’s, and you set it in the Currency field on the General page of My Account, which organizations covers.
The small chart plots the same period as the number beside it, hour by hour for Price Changes and day by day for Gross Sales. It is one line with no numbers on it, so read it for the shape and read the card for the figure.
Where a card takes you
Every one of the 18 cards is a link. Most of them open your listings with a filter already applied, and four take you somewhere else.
The filter you get is a real one. The Filter button above the list shows you what is on, and you can widen it or clear it from there like any other, which filters covers.
Every one of those links also leaves out any listing on an account you disconnected, which is what the cards do too.
Filtering the whole screen
You get three dropdowns in the bar across the top of the screen, between the page title and the search box. They read All Integrations, All Accounts and All Regions until you pick something, and they filter every card at once.
They cascade, so the order you use them in matters. Picking an integration narrows the account dropdown to that integration’s accounts, and picking an account narrows the region dropdown to that account’s regions. Changing one clears whatever you had picked under it.
You only get a dropdown when you have more than one thing to pick from. With one account on one integration in one region there is nothing to choose between, so no dropdown appears and every card is already counting all of it.
On a narrow screen the dropdowns move behind a Filters button in the same bar, which opens them as a panel from the bottom of the screen.
One card ignores part of this. Integrations Connected follows the integration and the account dropdowns and not the region one, so picking a region leaves that number where it was.
What the Key metrics cards measure
Key metrics is the first section, and it is the only one that answers with money and with time.
You get Last 24 hours printed under Gross Sales and Price Changes, and it is the only period anywhere on the screen.
Buy Box Win Rate only counts where there is a Buy Box to win. Its listings are your active ones on Amazon and Walmart that have stock. A listing on a store of your own is outside it, because your own store has no Buy Box to win. The Buy Box ownership report is where the same question gets a date range.
The line under the percentage tells you which case you are in.
Integrations Connected counts every account, connected or not. An account that is disconnected, paused, or waiting to be authorized again is in this number. Its listings are in none of the other cards. When an account needs authorizing again, a line under the number says so, reading 1 needs reauth, or 2 need reauth once there is more than one.
Gross Sales is not live. Your sales are pulled in from your integrations every 2 hours, so the last hour or two of selling is usually not in the number yet.
Why Gross Sales can cover more than the last 24 hours
Your sales arrive one whole day at a time, so this card adds up two of them: today and yesterday. Between them that is anything from 24 to 48 hours of selling, depending on the time you read it. Last 24 hours under the number is the label on the card and not a measurement of it.
Price Changes is exact. It counts the changes made in the 24 hours before the moment you opened the screen, and its chart splits them by hour.
What the Repricing status cards count
Repricing status splits your listings by what the repricer is doing with each one.
Those four come to Total Listings between them, because every listing is in exactly one of them.
Not Working is the card worth your time, and it covers more than the active listings with something missing. A listing that is inactive on the channel, or in error, is not being repriced either, so it is counted here as well.
Why Not Working is bigger than the list it opens
The card counts every listing that is not an active one set to Working, Manual or Paused, so all of your inactive and error listings are in it. The list it opens is narrower: it filters to your active listings whose Repricing Status is Not working.
So if you have inactive listings, the list is shorter than the number you clicked. To get the rest, clear the Listing Status filter on the list you opened, or use the Inactive and Error cards instead.
What the Listings overview cards count
Listings overview splits the same listings a second way, by what the channel says about each one.
The last three come to the first, which is how Total Listings is put together in the first place. What each status means, and what to do about an error, is covered in listing statuses.
What the Pricing data cards count
Pricing data is the section that answers why a listing is not repricing, one field at a time.
Which of the six you need depends on your strategy. A strategy that builds its floor from your cost needs With Cost. A strategy with a floor you set yourself needs Min Price. Those two gaps are what most often puts a listing in Not Working, so read that pair first. The page on how pricing works sets out which field each kind of strategy uses.
With Cost and Without Cost are a pair and come to Total Listings. The other four stand alone, with no opposite card beside them, so a listing with no MAP is simply in none of them.
These six count every listing on a connected account, active or not. So With Cost can be larger than Working, Manual and Paused put together, because those three count your active listings only.

What the dashboard cannot do
When the numbers change
The dashboard counts again while the screen is open. There is no refresh button and nothing you have to reload.
A change to a listing recounts the whole screen. Edit a cost, a minimum or maximum price, a MAP, an MSRP, a repricing status or a listing status. About a second later, every card counts again, and a price the repricer changes does the same. A run of changes collapses into one recount, so a bulk edit across thousands of listings does not leave your screen flickering.
Nothing else moves your numbers on its own. New sales, and an account you connect or disconnect somewhere else, wait for the next recount or for you to reload the page.
A reload counts everything again, sales included, so nothing stays behind for long. If a number looks stale, reload the page before you go looking for a real problem.
A recount that fails leaves your last numbers where they are. No card blanks out and no error appears in place of a number. So what you are reading is either current or the last good count, and reloading is the only way to tell.
When something goes wrong
The screen says there is nothing here yet
Before you have connected anything, all of it is replaced by one message: Nothing here yet, with There's nothing to show right now. Connect a channel to get things moving. under it. The Get Started button below that opens your integrations, where you connect your first account, and only an Admin can open that page.
The message goes as soon as you have one account, whatever state it is in. So an account that is disconnected, or waiting to be authorized again, gives you the full screen with every card reading 0.
A card and the list it opens show different counts
Three cases account for nearly all of it, and none of them is a wrong number.
Buy Box Win Rate shows a dash
Buy Box Win Rate is the first card in Key metrics, at the top of the screen, and it shows a dash instead of a percentage in two cases. You have no Amazon or Walmart account, or you have one and no active listing with stock on it. The line under the dash tells you which, and both of those lines are in the table under What the Key metrics cards measure.
A third case leaves the number alone and changes the line instead. Set the integration dropdown in the bar across the top to one that has no Buy Box, and the line reads Not applicable for this channel.
The screen shows an error instead of the cards
A load that cannot read your counts gives you Something went wrong, with We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again or contact support if the problem persists. under it and a Try Again button you can click. Nothing on this screen writes anything to your listings, so retrying is always safe.
